As the Cleveland Cavaliers battle the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference Finals there is a huge rumor brewing that may make Cavs fans uneasy (again). Could LeBron James possibly return to play for the Miami Heat? Well, according to ESPN's Stephen A. Smith it's very much a possibility .  Smith, who was one of the first to report James interest in teaming up with Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade in 2010, presented the idea Monday that the Cavaliers star may ditch Cleveland again depending on how the team performs in the playoffs. The Miami Heat blew a huge lead to the Boston Celtics Wednesday but managed to hold on to the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Celtics erased a 26 point deficit to defeat the Heat during the teams regular season finale in Boston. Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas scored a game-high 21 points. His backcourt mate Avery Bradley added 17 points. Joe Johnson scored 19 points for the Heat, which clinched the No. 3 seed after the Washington Wizards defeated the Atlanta Hawks 109-89. Miami led 62-38 at the half but were outscored 25-5 in the third quarter. Dwyane Wade finished with 17 points for the Heat (48-38). Miami is the Southeast division champion and will face Charlotte in the first round of the playoffs. No. 5 seed Boston will face No. 4 Atlanta.

The Cleveland Browns looked to start fresh at the quarterback position Thursday by signing former Redskins signal caller Robert Griffin III. The Browns signed the former Heisman trophy winner Griffin to a two year contract worth $6.75 million in guaranteed money plus incentives according to Pro Football Talk .
